I had osteo-arthritis of the knee, which caused me a lot of pain and it was difficult to walk.

In 2006 I went to the Elim Conference in Minehead. While Dr RT Kendall was preaching, all of a sudden it was as though I could see Jesus standing above the podium.

I was overcome with the most amazing feeling of complete peace. I didn’t hear a word of what RT Kendall was saying! I felt the love of God, real love overwhelmed me. It was so strong that tears were running down my face. It was so awesome, I don’t know how long it went on for – I just sat there in His presence.

The next night I was in excruciating pain because of my knee and was hobbling along slowly with a walking stick to the evening service. There was this hippie looking guy, scruffy and unshaven coming towards me.  He looked at me and I smiled at him. Then he stretched out his arm to me and said, ‘Father heal her in Jesus name’. I thanked him and went on my way. As I walked along for a bit, the pain eased and then I couldn’t feel it anymore. As I turned the corner I realised I no longer needed the stick. I have not used that stick since!  I’ve been so much better I can do my exercises.

The touch from God gave me new confidence, faith, boldness and wisdom. Since that tangible experience of Him I now genuinely believe that God is real!
